Workforce Planning tool

This tool can be used to create a visual profile of your team or organisation based on their levels in the Career Framework. Simply enter the number of employees in your team or organisation at each level, and click continue.

In using this tool with your actual staffing numbers you can review the career pathways that are available, where there are levels containing a great number of staff and others where there are limited numbers. This could serve to highlight where staff may be facing progression difficulties or potential issues in store for the future staffing of your team or organisation. Alternatively, you could use the tool to illustrate the profile you want to aim for or see the effect that your workforce modernisation activities have had on the shape of your workforce.

Please indicate how many staff you have working within your team, department or organisation within each level of the Health Informatics Career Framework.
